There is plenty of reasons why you should discover Namibia and why to choose safari. This is a great, interesting way to get to know some of the unique places in Namibia. And the country boasts numerous natural wonders and spectacular, breathtaking landscapes. These include, for example:

  • the world’s oldest desert – Namib Desert – with the highest dunes in the world  (383 m). In the south of the desert, you will find eg. Sossusvlei – a salt and clay pan surrounded by high red dunes and Deadvlei that features dozens of dead, structurally intact camel thorn trees that are surrounded entirely by giant sand dunes.

  • Sandwich Harbour – this incredible piece of coastline is unlike any beach you’ve seen before. It is an astonishing area where the Namib Desert meets the Atlantic Ocean. It is even listed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Sandwich Harbour is now best known for its birdlife in the lagoon to the south of the bay.
